Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with RoGoTeez. We value your satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth and transparent return and refund process. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be:

  1. Unused and in the same condition as received.
  2. In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
  3. Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  1. Gift cards and store credit.
  2. Downloadable software or digital products.
  3. Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
  4. Personalized or custom-made items.
  5. Clearance or final sale items.


3. Return Process

Contact our customer service team at ronny@rogoteez.ca with your order number and reason for return.


We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.


Ship the item to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact us at ronny@rogoteez.ca within 7 days of receiving your order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
